Ascending Inferno: The rage game from hell. "Surely it can't be that hard, right?" WRONG

This 2.5D rage inducing Precision Platformer takes place in a modernized, voxel and pixel art version of Dante's inferno. In it, you follow the journey of Dani, and the soul of her deceased brother, Vincent. They must navigate through Dante's nine layers of Inferno, with the ultimate goal of ASCENDING INFERNO.

Meet Dani, she is a goth.
Meet Vincent, he currently has no legs.
They're a sibling duo that belongs in heaven, except they're trapped in hell.

The game takes place after Vincent's recent death, and unfortunately as fate would have it, Dani dies shortly after in an accident. She then awakens in the afterlife in which she finds the soul of her brother Vincent. During this reunion, Dani quickly discovers that they are trapped in Limbo and so the pair quickly settle on the common goal of ASCENDING INFERNO.

Be on the lookout for secret areas and rooms if you want to peel back the layers to dive in and explore the narrative dynamics surrounding this sibling duo.

Kick, header, juggle and jump your way out of Inferno. As you ascend, each layer of Inferno will fight to keep you down in mechanically unique ways, so make sure to stay on your toes.

You will need to keep your cool, as Vincent will be sure to chime in when given the opportunity. For a single mistake, can be quite costly.

             

Hellishly Beautiful, each layer of Inferno is handcrafted meticulously in a stunning voxel and pixel art-style. Each layer of Inferno has our own Oppolyon twist to the setting:

• Limbo is a forgotten, rundown castle.
  
• Lust is a modern, grungy nightclub.
  
• Gluttony is a trashed fast-food diner.
  
• And much much more.

             

The stage is set, Dani and Vincent await. There's only one question left to ask. Do YOU have what it takes to ascend Inferno? Or will you be forever lost in Limbo.
